•  describe the differential diagnosis of common lung tumors;
• discuss incidence, presentation, morphologic features, prognosis and treatment options for SMARCA4 deficient Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (NSCLC);
•  recognize and diagnose SMARCA4 deficient NSCLC on cytology; and
• discuss the terminology for WHO classification of SMARCA4 deficient tumors with different pathophysiology, immunohistochemical and molecular profiles.
